i'm sure you're wondering what's up with me. i'm still recovering from all of our holiday fun. roy and i spent a lot of time together playing and now i need to recover. i went to bed so early last night and then momma let me sleep late today for a while but had to get me up before she left for work.
i hope to be back tomorrow with more on my adventures. did someone say new years? whoo hoo!
mom and dad had guests over for dinner last night and they let me join in on the fun.
hey, that looks like cheesecake!
oh yeah baby, come to momma.
hey, can a girl get a light?
oh, i'm not feeling so good.
(disclaimer, hawthorne girl does not encourage smoking, nor does she allow lulu to smoke. she does allow lulu to be silly and pose for ridiculous pictures, however.)
so we've been back home for a week now and momma is still unpacking. i kind of like this suitcase, it makes for a nice cozy nap spot. maybe we can go on another trip soon!
when we were driving to Taos, we came across this stuff on the top of the mountain. I asked momma to stop so we could go investigate. I wanted to jump out of the car but she said I may want to put my sweater on first. imagine my surprise when i discovered that it's this white fluffy stuff that's really cold. hmmmm...
other than being kind of cold and wet, it's not too bad.
hey, what's that? i hear something under there. could there be little critters living underneath this cold stuff?
hey roy, come over here and help me find these little critters.
now that i'm back from our big trip down south, i'm trying to catch up on all my favorite blogs. look what i found today on rdujour. it's christy turlington and her son with their gorgeous doggies. from the looks of this photo, momma is definitely in style with her best fashion accessory, moi!
i have worked in both the restaurant and interior design business for many years and am passionate about great food, great design and my love of portland. i hope to share with you some of the places, people and great things that inspire me. i'm also a doggie momma to little lulu who joins me on my adventures.
